The ideal franchisees has a passion for serving their community and get excited about offering amazing food to customers. The franchisee will need to be involved heavily in the beginning to ensure training and franchise information is learned. As trucks get operating, the franchisee does not have to be on the truck for all events but understands that the staff needs to be serving according to the expectations of The Lime Truck. This is especially true for multiple trucks.
